Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Our warehouses are located in Los Angeles, U.S., and China. Delivery times vary based on your location and our inventory. Please provide a correct street address and contact details at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times:

U.S. (from Los Angeles):

  • UPS and USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 3-9 days.

Abroad (from China):

  • FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 days.
  • EMS and ETK, with an estimated delivery time of 7-20 days.
  • 4PX, with an estimated delivery time of 15-20 days.

Note: We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Armed Forces Americas. Delivery times are estimates and deviations may occur.

Order Cancellation

Please contact us if you want to cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Also, shipment cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.

30-Day Return & Refund

  • Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • If you want to return an item with no quality issues, customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee and then the refund or exchange will be processed once we have received the item.
